My order has been confirmed? - How do I know

Once your payment has been successfully made on line or in case of Cash On Delivery( C.O.D.) bookings your payment option has been registered- your order is processed immediately. will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery. Is it necessary to have a account to shop?

Nope. We don’t like ‘pushy’ people ourselves. And we don’t push you to any compulsions. You do not need a account to shop and purchase items. However we will be a little gladder if you have one. You can shop by providing just your email ID. (In that case we can chat with you when we are feeling bored with handling tons of interesting handmade wow products each day. Even too much good things can sometimes bore you…ask God if you don’t believe us.)

Now what’s COD? - Curry On Dahi?/ Carry On Dad? / Chow Or Dhosa?

Well they can be any one of the above  or all of the above but for the convenience of our current discussion let’s assume (for the time being) that COD is a crushed and canned version of the word Cash-On-Delivery (COD). It is an alternate method of purchasing from us. In the COD payment terms or COD service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance. Please note that the courier person will give you the parcel only after he receives the cash payment. You cannot open the parcel before payment. Are there any charges for a COD?

There may be COD charges per product which will be communicated to you when you transact on  All the products are valid for order by Cash-on-Delivery, except for those where it is specifically written in the description “ Cash On Delivery is not available “. Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout.


I want to pay using a Credit/Debit card. How? Is it safe?

I am asked by Courier Company to pay Octroi. What should I do?

Nagpur , Sangli , Dombivili , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri & Chinchwardi , Kothrud (Pune) , Ahmednagar , Pune , Akola are Octroiable cities. If you are living in one of them and purchasing on line then you already know about them. If you are living in one of  them and doing online buying for the first time then a) Thanks for choosing us for doing your life’s first on line buying and b) ask any of your ‘best deal crazy’ relative or  friend-they might tell you. Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer-that’s you. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities. is not responsible for any octroi payments. We guys are responsible to bring you interesting hand made products that makes our country proud-and that in itself is quite a responsibility.


Order Status


How do I check the current status of my orders?

We will email you the current position of your parcel through emails. So you will br informed when the seller is informed about your purchase.Once  the product is shipped we will send you the tracking code number of your shipment and the website of the tracking page of the courier company- so you can know the exact location of your parcel en route from the seller to you.


Order status - What do the different words mean?

·         Processing: Authorization from the payment gateway has been received and we are processing your order.

·         Shipped: Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.

·         Complete: Your order has been delivered at your specified delivery location.

·         Canceled:  The order was canceled.


When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order once placed. But you have to do this within three days.


Packaging, Shipping and Delivery


How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged at our 0r seller's warehouses - as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap.


What are the delivery charges?

Sellers provide free delivery on most items in India. Some items may have shipping charges depending on the nature of the product. For International orders, the shipping charges are different for different items and is mentioned clearly on the product page. Also prices may be different for different countries to account for shipping costs.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is within 7 working days for domestic orders and 10 working days for international orders. All orders get shipped within 5 working days from the warehouse.


How will the delivery be done?

·         We process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like BLUEDART, AFL, DTDC, DHL and FEDEX.


·         If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.


Does deliver internationally? does deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. We use  FEDEX and ARAMAX to deliver your shipments safely and timely to you.


How can I track the delivery of my order?

All items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.


Cancellations & Returns

How do I get a defective item, ordered on replaced?

Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 2 days from the date of delivery, and we will try to resolve your refund request. In case of damaged products, please send us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt of the product. The return shipping to seller for the product will be borne by the customer in case of refund.
